I want to take this oppourtunity to thank you for the great job your team did constructing my pool. As you know I did quite a bit of research exploring construction techniques as well as pool equipment and I can honestly say that Blue Haven truly represents both quality and value. It was indeed impressive watching the pool progress through the various stages of construction and emerge in very short ordre as a finished product.

My wife and I were also pleased with the workmanship of your crews and subcontractors from dig to finish grading. All were courteous and polite and showed up as promised or at least called to notify us of scheduling changes. We were also impressed with the 3M-quartz finish and look forward to many seasons of fun with our new pool.

All in all building a pool with Blue Haven was a very positive experience for us. We look forward to many years of trouble free water fun. Again, many thanks to you and your staff.

Dear Ray,

We are writing this letter to express our sincere gratitude to all at Blue Haven Pools.

We cannot describe in words, how much it meant to us as parents, to know that Blue Haven Pools went out of their way to have our pool finished in such a short time for our daughter, Bailey.

Every crew that we encountered throughout the pool installation process, was extremely professional and all did a wonderful job. To say the least, we were extremely pleased during the entire process.

Now that our pool is finished the only words to describe the completed product is absolutely beautiful.

Most important, our precious daughter loves her pool. We have never seen her so excited, and that simply, makes our hearts melt with joy.

Again, we would like to personally express our sincere thanks to you and all involved with the installation of our pool, we are so glad we chose Blue Haven Pool.

I just wanted to quickly write to let you know how nice it was to see you yesterday and how thoughtful it was for you to stop by. This is just one more example of how well treated we were with Blue Heaven. I feel especially thankful that it was you with whom we worked. You are far different than any salesperson I'be met and it was a breath of fresh air. So many times I go into these grand endeavors on the defensive because of how I have been treated in the past. You may have scarred me now for future contractors as my defenses will now be down after having had such a great experience with you.

I must also apologize for going on and on like this. I pray you never get tired of hearing the accolades and I also promise to keep up my end of the bargain. Blue Haven truly deserves it, but more than that, you, as a person, deserve it. There is just something about you that is kind and real. Thank you for that.

I wanted to send a note to thank you for rescuing us last summer. As you recall, we had a terrible experience with our previous contractor. He dug a pool that was one foot shallower than we had contracted for, placed the pool outside of the surveyed boundaries of our property, and did not return to complete the pool for more than 6 months from the initial dig. Once we terminated our contract with him and contacted your firm, your team arrived at our "disaster site" in our backyard, and assessed the damages. Within 6 weeks, they dug another pool for us, placed it within our property boundaries, reparied the remaining wall, and constructed a beautiful pool site. Due to th delays related to our first pool contractor, it was Labor Day by the time your team completed our pool. Although we did not get to enjoy the pool last year, it was a terrific relief to have a beautiful site in the back yard rather than the disaster created by the other pool builder. We are using the pool almost daily and my kids are coming over constantly with their children and friends -exactly as I had hoped.
